great hotel for a city break. Underground station only 1 minute walk away Aldgate east. Supermarket, Pub... Also in immediate nearby. Breakfast was not lush, but you can get full. Rooms are small and simple equipped. Room and bathroom were always clean and everything was in working order. The staff are very nice and international, but the English language. Some rooms look out to the street side, as it's a bit noisy, and you can hear the sirens of ambulance more frequently. All in all the hotel is great for a city break! Read more

right next to the hotel is a underground station, the tower is only a few minutes walk away-the rooms are not huge, but very clean and well equippedthe breakfast buffet is good, the prices at the bar were reasonable. Then this is the hotel for city breaks highly recommended! Read more

The hotel is located right next to the tube station Aldgate East and to foot is ordered one in ten minutes to the Tower bridge-location so great for city tours. Around the corner is also a Tesco if you want to stock up with food. The room was clean, it was cleaned every day the bed and the towels were changed. So, basically everything was okay. It is an Ibis. Priced Okay, the room was rather small and apart from that, everything was perfect. U-Bahn connections would be perfect. Only one exactly at the time we were there something on the underground network made, why not driven is two days. But the hotel can do nothing therefor. Next time will surely go back again! Read more

... was very good, there was something of everything... what we really liked, was that much packed separately: Nutella, jam, butter, yogurt cups, actimel-drinks, Krackers, various sorts of cereal... very clean and verkrümelt stains or not! The hotel is very well located. Around the corner is the underground station Aldgate east, and you can from there, take the green district line go nearly anywhere. We have a great connection nearly at most appreciated! All in all a very good value for money, and we would not hesitate to stay at the Ibis again! Read more

the bed was very uncomforable, there was not enough pillows, there was no hairdrier in the room, the reception staff thought it was ok to deal with a non urgent matter midway through my check in, reception staff called my room late at night to check if I was there it make me feel uncomfortable during my stay,

I liked the location near the City but also near Brick Lane and Shoreditch which are very good places to have a drink and for dinner even they are not the usual spots for tourists ; the subway was very near and it is a great point; the hotel has a good value for money, especially the restaurant; . - in February 10
