We can only say IBIS again and again. Small, very well-kept city hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms very clean. The breakfast buffet is very extensive - we didn't miss anything. Very leckr was the coffee and freshly squeezed juice. The lobby bar was open until midnight. There was a machine in the foyer (Euro against rubles) as well as EC and Kreditkartenautomaten. Therefore the way to the nearest bank unnecessary.

The hotel is - how could it be - the typical IBIS-style , meaning unified interior both at the hotel general and also when it comes to the rooms. The hotel is very clean, the room was cleaned every day. The guests come both from Russia but also from Western Europe.
The rooms are a good size. The bathroom was also big enough, the shower stall in comparison even huge! We had a/c in the room, on full blast and qualifying background noise was made. During the day we had during our visit to the 30°C and our opinion but after the a/c didn't work ... Read more

The Ibis is a small 2 star city hotel. The metro station is 5 minutes away. Bus and tram stop right in front of the door. A small grocery store is located in the immediate vicinity, as well as small occasions something to eat. 3 mins walk to the construction site the biggest shopping mile from St. Petersburg.Da you will then ( planned from October 2010)certainly find everything your heart desires. For our city trip to St. Petersburg was the Ibis hotel is ideal.
Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. From the hotel it is not far to U-Bahn or bus, very suitable for sightseeing tours. Also at the breakfast buffet we had nothing to complain. All in all we can only recommend this hotel. Read more

The Ibis was a good possibility to stay in St. Petersburg central. I chose it because it is a well-known chain and you can expect a certain standard. We were not disappointed. In St. Petersburg lots of places to explore the city: We had a bus tour with Headphone-guide in 6 different languages, including in English (ca. 8 €). This bus, you can get off at various stops and get back later. In addition, we also made a ship tour through the canals, also with Headphone-guide in German (approx. €10 For one hour).
