We are since 15 years vacation in Egypt and the category very much better used. Especially the gastronomy leaves much to be desired!
The snacks at the beach are always cold, carelessly to not at all displayed and changed between Hamburg and tomato in the round rolls or chicken in the longish rolls or tuna salad in longish rolls - everything behind the bar tucked away in the sight passes one the appetite. In addition daily cold pizza Margherita and daily changing sloppy cold fries or aluminum wrapped potatoes. No fruit!

For a relaxing beach vacation the hotel is very suitable. I had a double room for single use on the ground floor direction pool. Really great. Staff in every aspect always friendly. English are however recommendable nonetheless.
The all inclusive is good. Even with check at 2:00 o'clock at night was another small meal prepared and the mini bar in the room was always filled.

I of the reviews here influenced this hotel to book. I was very surprised, since it the first time Egypt for me was. The hotel, the beach, the architecture are brilliant and leave of the location and the whole of around nothing to be desired, in the service the hotel offers however I had to every day on a new questions, if I vacation or a Kinderveranstaltung booked. Are the first time to Egypt flown, were recently surprised then but mostly Enttscht. The beach was perfect nice and auvh enough space available. -the chairs however partly very dated. Apart from that this was very well maintained. The rooms were only okay however should window urgently replaced the sealed. The noise-Concert at night wind is unbearable. I was the first time in the hotel and never again, the staff were unmotivated, rude and sometimes aggressive. The hotel needs a renovation, facilities the room could be better, new window in the whole hotel, because if it windy, one hears whistle in the entire hotel, in the room and at night one can sleep very bad because. I can't say a bad word about the beach either, though on the last day of our stay for some reason the hotel ran out of clean beach towels :) Even though the staff swore that they will provide the towels "within 5 minutes", a total of 2 fresh towels appeared between 10am and 2pm :) The beach is sandy, no shoes are necessary for walking. - in May 10
