a vacation in the low season is on Madeira recommendable nonetheless. The staff felt asleep and very inattentive. The breakfast I have never seen such scant seen. The guests to the table, the dirty documents is, even setting. There is only one thermos flask with filter coffee, 1 carafe milk and 3 juices, a little cereal, Chokos, press cheese and press ham. cons: breakfast unfortunately extremely boring. Kanalisations -stench all the drains stank in the bathroom. We could live with it and otherwise everything was perfect, particularly the nice employees, the great room and the ingenious terrace direct on the Atlantic ocean. Read more

cheap hotel in wonderful location, price/performance ratio, breakfast was okay, could be a little loving, tablesclothes dirty, room with garden view was rather a room with a 'wall' but clean and otherwise okay. Other rooms are nicer. We had booked only breakfast and we were only in the hotel to eat. Was more expensive than the neighboring restaurants and worse. The inn & art hotel is a charming, small hotel with an exclusive location right next to a slope. The breakfast was average. The dinner was very good and the staff is very friendly and a warm and the rooms (in the falesia) were gigantic- zweietagig with a full kitchen, living room with a dining area and terrace, bathroom with bath, bedroom with balcony. We really liked the hotel. It is only 9 rooms and therefore also not so much business as in large hotels. The rooms have appropriate size and are clean. We booked the half board and could evenings from the menu. Delicious. The breakfast could be a little more variety. Is however okay. The other guests were mostly German and unfortunately always very cold and wordless. We had room second unfortunately didn't bother me a little the current refrigerator from the bar.
