Hotel was in the last few years from five to 2.5 star zurückgestufft only. The hotel offers some good leisure activities. Tired dirty room; dirty moldy dishes; dirty beach; rude staff; a rule says, that brought drink outside the hotel is charged in retrospect. Order book of, for example, bed and breakfast. Never again! Moldy bathroom! Strong mattresses and mattresses schoner! Tired furniture! It shall be prohibited food and drinks from the outside into the hotel to; the staff in the hotel, in the area and at the beach is been instructed to report! Should something in the room is a certain amount of money per mitgebrachtem drink or food on the room bill at check out you have to pay! We booked this hotel right in the travel agency, since we were assured would come, that the two-and-a-half stars of the hotel only so, that we are talking about the food types were.
We have also been assured in Nusa dua, Bali is the most beautiful beach...

Our hotel room was dirty, it smelled, stuck on several occasions and a lot was in desolate condition.
The beach in Nusa dua was literally littered with trash.
During our stay there were also only Chinese in the hotel and the breakfast was!

It was full of Russians, from the staff we were therefore only Russian addressed. If we were taken care of! The service is so bad. Several times we had to change rooms, the cleanness left is a lot to be desired. There was the volume bearable in the hotel corridors. Inappropriate reaction with complaints. The hotel did not meet my expectations being a 5 star hotel. The rooms were dusty, the bathrooms and rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. The room had insects and ants in there, we had to ask to get it sprayed. I was not pleased with the state of the toilet and the tub. The buffet breakfast only catered for indonesian food, not a wide variety and level of food thats expected of a 5 star hotel.
