Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and had a nice vacation. If you need more space in the room should choose a bungalow. The food was varied and good, the staff in the restaurant was very good, only sometimes a bit too busy, if many people came at once. The pool and the beach are a dream. If you don't speak English, Spanish or Italian, it is difficult to communicate here, but the staff is very willing to make an effort. A bus station and a scooter rental is right in front of the club. The only downside: the facility is quite spacious. Depending on, no matter which bungalow one stayed, you had a further walk to the beach and dining room. The staff is friendly, but only spoke Italian and English. The entertainment mostly in Italian instead. The sea is crystal clear and Caribbean colors. The beach is narrow and again interrupted by rocks, but also in the high season not crowded, so that you could always find a lot of space. Beautiful holiday, but hardly any communication possibilities, all in Italian... Entertainment, child care... :-(German was as good as no spoken, even in English is not far! unfortunately. The rooms were clean, but not timely! (German) the second pool has not been cleaned and the bar was too! so we had to despite all inclusive even for our drinks! the choice of food was plentiful, but a lot of the food was cold! price/performance... We liked it as in 2010 again a very good. There were more German tourists and more young people in the hotel. The entertainment in the 12 to 17 years offered club our 14 year old the opportunity to become acquainted with. The " hotel language " continues to be Italian. But with a few words in Spanish and English we could communicate well. With the children until 14 years price the price/performance ratio (all inclusive) was great. Read more

A very well-kept nice grounds in the pine forest; shady and therefore must at least in June with humidity in the room, clothes and bedding also be prepared.
