After some of the hotels I Verrisse read and the impression two hotels in Hawaii in mind, I was quite excited, what we would expect in Manhattan... And really nicely surprised!
it was clear the standard-rooms small and the view from the 13. Floor pretty good (the Waldorf-Astoria Betonfassade of), but apart from that it was not lots to whine about!
the room was rather old furniture, but everything was in a really good condition (OK, the cold water faucet was loose in its Ventilsitz, but nevertheless without any problems usable), the walls... Read more

We were lucky to through our travel agent a free upgrade to a junior suite. Two large rooms (living rooms and bedrooms) with minibar, per 1 TV's in every room, clock radio etc. per person hotel was very clean and I think we mostly corporate travelers. Also there are several conventions which was held in the hotel. As usual in USA usually no meals included our arrangement.

We used the hotel to a 4-day stay in new York. The transport connections are good and the central location for excursions and exploration in all urban areas suitable. The four stars are justified and also the entspechende price. The hotel is neat to 5th avenue and Rockfeller center (10 minutes). There is a metro station near to the hotel (10 minutes- Grand Central station). Next to the hotel there is a bus station of hop on, hop off busses of the city - very comfortable for the tourists. Read more
