We booked this hotel before our cruise for two days. The only thing we could see was the direct access to the beach and the pool area.HCLFHLWe had booked with continental breakfast. In the restaurant there was the buffet. With continental breakfast, you can only use at certain locations of the buffets and it's not all. This is something we have never experienced before. its difficult to recommend this hotel - as a virgin customer id say no due to the food situation but as an independant when you could eat elsewhere i guess its ok - i dont know the prices but it must be high knowing what we paid for an upgrade over the basic room price!

Finally when we checked out they asked how our stay was, I said the room was fine, but that the breakfast service was terrible and all I got was a smile and "that's good" If you're looking for a good deal and don't plan on going to Old San Juan to eat, then this hotel would be a good option, but please go to the Mi Casita restaurant across the street for breakfast, even in the pouring rain!
