Hotel Intercontinental Taba Heights

Yet again, another fantastic holiday at The Intercontinental. We support and applaud all the positive reviews on this forum. Egypt is famous for its hospitality, and the management and staff at this hotel are perfect examples of this cultural trait. We have just returned from a month’s stay. Large extensive area, the very well maintained and with the lagoon and beautiful, well kept pool landscape and of course the direct the beach and access to the sea much variety offers. Furthermore there is a very nice wellness area with swimming pool, which at this time of year really great was. We had a standard room booked with a view of the sea. all in mixed guest structure, little german guests, but we had a few Days a invasion of Jordan (as public holiday) of the available be Russians completely in the shade found. I had to complain about four times, until the shower was fixed (five stars!). The shower head was rusty, the shower was practically not cleaned, and looked accordingly. There were about 40 TV channels: ZDF, two French channels, one or two Belgian, about three Russian, the rest of Arab. When I asked the waiter for a coffee spoons, he said: 'Why, it's just coffee' and disappeared. The tour guide had not once. We had the most amazing honeymoon here. Everything was perfect. The staff was so attentive, you were made to feel like royalty. We enjoyed the food, we went all inclusive, but were also treated to a meal at the lagoon restaurant as it was our honeymoon. They even made us a cake and put it in our room. The room was spotless, the bathroom was massive. The pools were clean. There is also an amazing view from the beach. We can't wait to return and are hoping ti this july! Read more
