Ideally located hotel on the lake. Easily accessible by car or train. For lovers of houses with history. The terrace and the pool are a lovely green oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was very helpful, because of the large crush at breakfast but easily overstrained. We can easily imagine, here longer than a weekend stay. Read more

We stayed on the trip to Italy a one-night stopover
made in Lugano. By chance we found this hotel.
It is very centrally located and is only a few minutes walk from the lake
away. The hotel is very expensive, as all hotel in Switzerland.
The food was tasty, but the dining room looked like
a canteen with mass processing. The food and drinks
had a steep price of course. All in all were

From the minute of check-in to rooms, underground parking, breakfast, pool area and hotel Ambiente was our stay was very nice and was a perfect price/performance ratio. The staff were very friendly and dealt with our request for a room change efficiently and accommodating. Our traveling companions first mother was assigned a little dark single room without balcony in a five floor.
