The lodge is very remote (about three hours away from Windhoek) in the middle of the Kalahari in a private reserve. Great scenery, very nice staff, a fascinating starry sky, comfortable cocoa animal observation hole from the terrace of the cash rich-What more could one want? We packed the 'out of Africa-feeling'. The Zebra lodge is located in the Kalahari, about three hours away from windhoek. The lodge consists of ten beautiful, very large rooms with a large double bed, a huge bathroom, even with additional outdoor shower. The lodge has a nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs and a direct view on the small waterhole. Around it is nothing, it is extremely quiet, very beautiful! Various comments on the Internet regarding cleanliness were totally unfounded because the lodge was set up after strong rainfall is completely new and is now a jewel in the Kalahari Desert. The food was the absolute coronation of our three weeks and the evening stroll to the beautiful dunes or relax on the evening was wonderful hole. Read more
