For a party vacation, the price/performance ratio absolutely! Distance to the beach was ten minutes but really okay for 20 minutes but much entertainment Bavaria are traveling so without any problems! The food was absolutely okay for three stars little things like more pillows ceiling, etc. were handled immediately! The staff was very nice and it was clean, daily change of towels, so the many of the negative reviews I do not share. We wanted to see and used the hotel for the most part in the morning and in the evening, as we were out for the day. We were completely satisfied and the staff met were very nice. The pool is a little small but we used only for the short cooling. All in all, we can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. I understand some bad reviews of the hotel. The food was a disgrace. The drinks at the bar were partially restricted in the forward used glasses. The staff was not very service oriented. Because of our early arrival in Palma about 09:00 I was also zufrüh in the hotel where of course still no room was available.
