This apartment complex is by chance and booked because of the favourable price for nine days. Photos, which we found online in hindsight seem rather over-optimistic. The furnishing is very simple, unfortunately, it was missing especially reservoir. Air conditioning is not available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The prospect of almost all the rooms very nice because of the location on the hill above the harbor. Ipenema Park is an average apartment hotel in an ugly, outdated and grossly overdeveloped beach resort that is Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria.
