But it was something for everyone. Great weather, very good food, very nice atmosphere, beautiful pool, friendly, helpful, but unfortunately bad German knowledge. Read more

The room is by far not so, as shown in the catalogs. The cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The fixtures were calcified, the bathtub was very rough. The drains are black because deposits. The staff is generally nice. At the pool bar was the staff very unfriendly and partly rude. all inclusive guests (or perhaps also German) were worse than half board guests. Did not deserve four stars! Hotel looked much better on pictures than it was in reality.
Good size but not sound proof.
No fridge or safe (only at reception against a fee).
Balcony: Furniture is dilapidated.
For the TV remote a deposit had to be made.
Staff aren´t all friendly. Sometimes speak Arabic under each other while serving. Not very customer friendly. French is spoken mostly. Room service was ok.

On the day of arrival room were also after 2:00 P.M. not ready, we had to make the cleaning staff but even pointed out, the room still not cleaned that are. 3x (!) made reception and/or room service I pointed out, that the sheet from the previous had on it (stains were on it by zwischengeschlechtlichem contact) and allowed you three times, just the bed cover once again in the belief, I would see it not. The hotel Isis is simply ingenious and SPA. Although we had problems with the check in at the beginning of something. Since the hotel was overbooked, we had the first night a small room for four people for two. I and my best collate had beginning with the parents in a room be so.
