The insanely comfortable beds (I might sleep better here than in my own home), the ridiculous bathroom with the wonderful soaking tub + shower (hotel water pressure can make or break my morning mood--needless to say, I'm totally satisfied here), the modern yet tasteful decor, and the friendly but professional people who work here all make this a solid 5 star hotel.
