Grounds, pools, restaurants and buffet were a dream!-A car is but an advantage to the restaurants and beaches of the locals in the area to visit! Read more

com) - Staff is arrogant, not helpful and stingy; it’s all about money… what else in a 5* hotel - Reception staff is incompetent and gives conflicting statements - Internet is outrageously expensive (THB640 for 24 hours, THB3’200 for 7 days; discontinuation not possible) - Infrastructure for a pram (and definitely for a wheelchair) a catastrophe (only a few elevators, but stairs everywhere) - No baby phone devices, but very costly baby sitters - Typical US style hotel chain… ergo, too many US guests - Very remote and no access to the local people (instead of enjoying typical Thai cuisine for a max. - in March 10, Adrian, Age: 36-40, I travelled as: Family
