Super friendly and competent staff. Junior suites way too small, real suites in terms of size in central Europe with comfort rooms or of junior suites comparable. Mostly older (60 plus ) audience in the hotel.
Wi-Fi front desk in the rooms strongly disturbed or continuously Abbrueche. Aircondition has no reversible, with cool nights freezes we at 16 degrees in the room.

very large hotel upper category. Unfortunately with some already getting old, but in very good condition. Reserving is already early, consistently in the Daniel older audience so quiet.
Large and 2 maliges towel change
staff are very friendly, only drinks and food by the pool very expensive in comparison to outside. (Cappuccino 4 euros )

the hotel is in art nouveau style. The complex is well arranged. The rooms are generous and were constantly renovated. The complex spread over several building. The park is dreamlike nice. The baths is very well maintained. The audience is international, in middle to older age.

the complex and the room (in adeje wing) were nice, even if getting a bit old. To the left of the hotel mass tourism, on the right is a very beautiful promenade almost to Caleta, where you a few good restaurants will take place. The food in the hotel we found average, definitely not 5 star level. The beach in front of the hotel is not particularly inviting, you should go to the beautiful Playa del Duque walk. Read more

The biggest improvement since we were there previously has been the development around the hotel which provides a great opportunity for a stroll and a choice of restaurants, the best of which are a pleasant ten minute stroll along the seafront in nearby Bahia el Duque.

Were very lucky with the room, on the ground floor with direct access to the beautiful garden and only a few steps away from the warm pool.

The location of the hotel is superb, beautiful gardens and pool area, thankfully its a heated out door pool, and with the weather alittle miserable to say the least (which is very unusual for Tenerife in March) the heated pool was a blessing as you couldnt go into the sea due to the cold weather!
