the large hotel is getting a bit old and spread ' Socialist charm', a comprehensive renovation would be appropriate. Guests were for our stay too many people on business trip.
Our double room with a balcony corresponded to the year of construction of the hotel, the mold in the bath could hard-working cleaning staff in spite of the clearly perceptible intensive use of chemistry not eliminate. On balcony crumbled the concrete.
front desk was constant manned, check in and check out was without any problems, good German Language Skills.

We had booked the hotel for two nights on our way back from Croatia. Recommendations on HC were crucial for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed on site. The hotel is (UR) old, shabby, musty... The wellness area has got its name do not deserve it and the pictures on the hotel's website are anything but realistic. The room was small, had old, worn-out furniture. The bathroom was renovated and okay. The half board food is served in the dining room of a lower floor. Hotel right next to the park with a view of the lake. Renovated mega-hotel offers non-stop from Yugoslav days. For a few days it was good. Book a room with a view on the lake is advisable. Is a favorite of booked coach parties staying.
sure you get a lake view room - it's worth it. In the rooms to the courtyard can be a, as we did, intensive noise pollution by the Küchenabluft (fat) again!
