Loud dertour is a five star hotelunfortunately it is more like a three stars Dump on the Canary Islands for the corresponding audiencein entering our suite we found out, that both the daybed on the balcony, as well as the shower in the open bathroom with bird excrement dirty. The same applies for the pool chairs. Doors clamps, door can't be closed. The personal butler are touching hard-working, but in view of the extensive problems to this hotel powerless. The hotel Jetwing raise significantly from the other hotel, in which I during my weeks in Sri Lanka was 6. The service is very good, authentic friendly. You will not get the odds and ends ripped off ( for example there are free computers with Internet and in the room very good coffee/ tea do-it-yourself).
in the next door find Jetwing blue from time to time Bridal parties, but I could sleep nevertheless.
if I return to Sri Lanka would travel, I would ever possible a Jetwing hotel!

We have consistently positive experience, both the atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and about the service. The staff was possible, only for the two of us a lesson on the beach and at the same day, we asked them. A nice tip always helps!

We were absolutely surprised by the large rooms furnished in the traditional style of the country, as well as the huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. Just great!
The food is delicious and there was a huge selection ranging from local to European food. The prices for food and drinks in the hotel are expensive in relation to the places "right around the corner".
