The hotel characteristics you can say: the garden area is small and manageable, but well-kept. The furniture a little worn. Really this hotel is not for 'lame' or disabled recommendable. From the beach bar up to the lobby bar is so uphill, that a top concerned 'breath' out.
the cleanliness in the area is just acceptable.
with all inclusive you get almost everything, but more than standard is not to be expected.

We had booked a family room, my parents had a double room with my son in this hotel. The family rooms were in the top floor, bad for children and strollers. The view is great up there, but we could not use the balcony because our toddler by the furnishings could fail. Our air conditioning broke down a couple of times, or it was too cold, there was no adjustment. The double rooms are better, they are at the pool or on the beach. My parents had no problems. A really great vacation, a very recommendable small but very fine Hotel. We really felt at home. Finally, a hotel where you individually as a family care and support. A really beautiful, recommended experience. Really no comparison to the big largely anonymous giant hotels in Hurghada.
