From the beginning of the seventies in a building made from prefabriced slabs way built Hotel. You can see but, after the turn much has been invested. (for example, lift) friendly staff, breakfast buffet was very versatile and plentiful. Food was very good and versatile. For smokers, there is a large area flat screen tv and lots of seating. The bathrooms are not very nice (2012 should be renewed tiers). It is not far to the beach. All around many small shops and cafes. The price/performance ratio in the 'John Brinkmann' ist very good. The location right on the beach makes up for deficiencies in the equipment. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. When our grandchildren a glass smashed the glass were eliminated with a few words of consolation. We can recommend the hotel. Read more

Short vacation in the middle of the downtown area, we would and will definitely be back next year and stay longer. Very good kitchen. Very reasonably priced mini bar which we used. For a stay of 98 €we got 'horror'! Sound too, is however so! Room was designed with years old felt, it smelled strongly of something, to make matters worse the toilet smelled with sink, the strange, seperate shower we use out of pure fear not!
