The hotel is absolutely okay, not the best but certainly not a flop. Getting a bit old and the furnishings were not modern, but no reason set this to omit. It has everything worked well from check in to drive back to the airport. Very International audience but no noisy binge drinking by Russians or similar, everything pleasant guests. in general the hotel is in need of renovation, room very clean, air conditioning quite dirty, for breakfast too many warm dishes with rice and potatoes, only two types of sausage, a sharp, a sort of cheese, the really quick away, coffee the taste of rat poison, the offered Sorts of bread had all the same taste, for our stay they were guests to 95% Russians, without any behavior! the hotel is clean and the staff were very attentive. Disturbed to a lack of balcony and to one side of the view (a block of flats by locals its total trash from the window throw).
A very bothering problem was, the allnächtlichen fireworks at the beach, until five o'clock was slammed and up end of January.

... on the water. Shopping and party possibilities were also in Jomtien given and the hotel only a few minutes away. A trip to pattaya takes with the taxi about 10 minutes and cost only a few euros/Baht.

The hotel captivates with its good, central location. Breakfast is enough perfectly out. It is for each taste something in good quality. Food opportunities in the area are good and inexpensive.
Something disturbing we felt as the missing balcony and the annoying beach vendors, the passed every minute to the beach chairs and wanted to sell you their stuff. But the hotel can do nothing about it.
