The hotel is in perfect in all aspects, such as delicious Switzerland cuisine (better than the same ones in Luzern), friendly and kind host and hostess as well as other staff all of whom can speak fluent English.
The room is very nice with excellent excellent balcony view of North face of Alps. Actually, North face of Alps is just opposite the hotel with no barrier between.

Welcoming, friendly, airy & comfortable hotel with exceptional food & service - nothing was too much trouble.
Clean, comfortable rooms with great views.
Staff are incredibly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble.
There's no pharmacy in Murren, although there is a Dr based in the leisure centre 2 days a week who dispenses from there, so you may want to have a few basics with you. That said, the hotel staff have been fabulous in providing remedies when we've needed them!

A hotel, in which I have felt comfortable alone. Madam Göttschi is, as well as their staff, always very friendly contact person with a smile and good advice here. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, the ski slope ends in practically in the restaurants and the view from the room of the 'big 3' is gigantic. Read more
