a very well located, comfortable hotel. The rooms were unfortunately despite the freezing temperature not pre-heated and the hot water in the shower didn't work. Our complaint was rude turned this fact and we like the hotel responsible by e-mail to inform. In future visits to bad Pyrmont we will visit at least in winter a different hotel ☹ Read more
