As I about 3 years the hotel for the first time booked, was the service and the staff very good. I have this time about 5 times a year there and it was a constant Abwärtstrent to see. Previous week the breakfast from black examined ham, scrambled egg what all was (and not refilled) and a plate with sausages in size of a normal breakfast (for all guests, was also not refilled), juice rather rarity. In the elevator I am with Müllsäcken dangers! This solved with the staff large Laughter from, no choice Apology.

Service at the front desk very view and good. Hotel Ambiente well, breakfast satisfactory, for four star was more choice of fresh fruit was missing. Rooms facing the street too noisy, bathroom was much too narrow and no space. Very negative: friendliness of an operator at the dinner (groups-quality F. packages?). More Than One Star Level! We were with a group of elderly people over Christmas and New Year in this hotel. The hotel itself is very tidy with the exception of the small size and even smaller bathroom. In the area of the shower has Schimmelansatz in the joints, the shower partition could be better cleaned and takes about 15 minutes to the a toilet's cistern needed he was refilled. Four stars in Germany, would be at least a hair dryer, shower cap in the bathroom to be expected. Apart from the narrow (Overweight could have problems! ") In the bathroom were the shower floor rust stains. The toilet, the base wasn't cleaned properly. And probably has longer, urine and Wassersteinspuren were clearly visible on the upper waters edge. The price/performance ratio was ideal. Everything worked very well and very friendly. The family room was big enough and very clean. The only downside, the parking lot is not very large, but in the area we found a parking lot.
