Hotel in the 70 ERN warp. You get the impression, that there at all corners and ending poorly repaired is.
The atmosphere; all mess mixed from the style of the 70's. Heavy leather sofas in the hallway and in each conceivable rooms. Not really suitable. I have never seen in a four star hotel.
In the bathroom I the tiles with paper and water fixed after cleaned, because I like the Streak the maid disturbed... The tv there are only mit Ameisenkrieg and white streaks to see. After our bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the yes the floor was stic... Read more

Already at the front desk we were very welcomed warmly, and a friendly Employee escorted us to our wonderful room with view of the beautiful mountain world. The breakfast buffet, as well as the 4-course dinner left nothing to be desired, the staff were very polite and attentive. The spa area and the swimming pool are very appealingly designed and a comfortable Sauna after skiing there is therefore nothing to prevent! Read more

The family hotel is urgently in Need of renovation. Our room but especially the bathroom were in a seventies style. Our bathroom was very dark and was only superficially cleaned. The check-in was a total catastrophe and us hours cost. The staff at reception was overstrained. In general the hotel was very loud and the rooms noisy. The vacation was very relaxing!
Departure and to the hotel with skis were possible and the spa area is simply great.
Somewhat a pity was for our stay, that steam bath the whole time broken and the second far warmer than was advertised.

We were in newer part of the hotel and were very satisfied. The older part of the hotel according to statement from other tourist not so nice...
Kaiserzimmer booked in the new building and I must say it was a very nice and comfortable room.
The cleaning our room was every rag very good... The staff always friendly ( exception the ladies at reception the was mostly always something stressed).
A praise goes to the girls the child care our small felt really comfortable with you...
