We were very pleased with the hotel. We are in the former October there and it was unfortunately not more so warm and the place was pretty empty docxh. The hotel is very centrally located to the beach, there were only a few meters/steps and you were at the sea. The sea is very clean but a little cool. Well located hotel directly on the sea. The hotel made a decent impression, it should have been recently renovated, what you see. There everything was still quite new, the furniture, restaurant, bar and the rooms. A few meters below the sea and the beautiful beach. The pool chairs were all free and cost only six leva. Super hotel with klasser location right on the promenade. The hotel offers two pools and one is a pool bar get free drinks, if you booked all inclusive. There wasn't't a lot going on by the pool and on the Sunny Beach, unfortunately had some stores were already closed. At the centre were almost all shops still open. The hotel seems to have been renovated. There is much that is new and freshly painted from. Our room seemed to be fairly new, cabinets and furniture had little signs in general. The room was well equipped, only a safe was missing, but we got at the front desk. Unfortunately worked but in our first room the shower not good. There was no hot water. My room was 3stock with sea view, room was ok but it's not very clean but the worst is the kitchen is DISASTER the food always the same chips and the rest of all disgusting had black hair 3 times in the food I passed definitively appetite, I and the children had after a couple of days all diarrhea and my son also erbrochen so do stay away from this hotel, the beach is really great!

When we arrived the hotel was newly opened, after construction, renovation staff change,For us the rooms were always clean daily laundry change during ten day stay the bed sheets were changed three times, no mold in the bathroom, the maids were always friendly, restaurant service was always friendly, food (even no moldy fruit), varied buffet, also in the morning.
