At the beginning skeptical. We read the reviews. Very surprised after arrival. Nice welcome. Great large room with pool view in the fifth floor. The hotel is quite big, 6 floors – but only one elevator works! My friend and me got a room on the first floor, above the reception. When we were using the shower the pipes were leaking and flooding the reception, so they asked us not to use the shower! We waited 2 days for a change of rooms and had to constantly remind the receptionist about it, he didn’t care! ... five stars hotel's offers. I give it two stars of the hotel Kalina garden and nothing more. The cleaning lady of our (rooms kept clean has), is the worst restaurant I've ever had in a hotel. When we got our room were hairs and crumbs on the floor (carpets). They were still on the floor after two weeks. The same was on the flushing to see. Friendliness know the bulgaren does not.
