Hotel actually good, through the 3 days with over 200 Dutch there was no night's sleep and it was day and night noise without end. The 3 days was the food not good, breakfast buffet missing later a lot.

Must mention the dining room staff lead by Charlie and our waiter Lembert. They went beyond the call of duty in making our dining experience possibly just fine. Our infant boy was a little unwell during our stay but we managed perfectly with their assistance and I should also thank the staff at reception.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it without reservation. The food at breakfast and dinner was of a really high quality and served by friendly staff. There was always a great deal of choice and at least six courses for supper. The house wines were exceptional and came free with the half board package. We didn't feel the need to visit any other restaurant or bar in the eveningsduring our stay. Fürstenhauszimmer romantic and big!
Standard rooms are small, but clean, just functional!
Apart from that recommendable nonetheless spa facilities! Evening entertainment in the old Seefeld and batzenhรคusl!

We are now already 18 years with Kaltschmids in vacation hotel and we will have a 19 year our vacation there.
The new rooms are GREAT. The housekeeping staff is, as in previous years, very friendly.

The negatives: parking is limited- the free parking lot for the hotel is a 5 minute walk away, which is cumbersome with luggage, and the garage (5,80 Euros per day)is narrow, very difficult to maneuver, and should not attempted in anything larger than a small economy car.
