Had room 212, no view but did reqest a quiet room unfortunatley we did hear the thumping of music though the night (Possibly from Tenne Bar) and early morning noises from the kitchen which we think we were above. All of staff were excellent and very friendly & helpful. Dining room far too hot and the 6 course meals took to long for us and we switched to bed & breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel for the past 12 years and cannot speak highly enough of every aspect of the hotel. The staff, amenities and entertainment are all excellent and there are various discounts available at the hotels other bars and restaurants. Read more

We have payed a room type but we recived another room witch doesn't appear on the site of the hotel. The hotel has old rooms, with old furniture, very small that are not shown on the site but are at the same price with new rooms.(double Zimmer mit Wohnteil) All the rooms are not equipped with minibar. They are not provide the cosmetic kit and slippers .The slippers are available at the reception, but you must buy them... The hotel is not well insulated, which led, that there is a constant noise level. This comes from many children, many extra doors and washing the day and night and throughout the hotel has a thundering cause, so that you, you on a helicopter/landing spot. Please the roomsand above all the restaurant-temperatures down to acceptable levels. Felt like 35 °C are just too much to make you feel at ease! Temperatures of 21-22 °C are much better at the leisurely dinner and would also significantly reduce the cost of energy. Read more
