We were 2 times in this hotel. For the first time we had a great room on the third floor Facing the lake with a balcony. Very big, great bathroom with a rainfall shower head in the second time we had a room with the number 1 XX-direction street and right on the disco the only at 1 o'clock closes. Furthermore there are some Stromgeräte the incredibly noisy. All rooms but were well equipped and very clean
The entrance hall is great and really impressive. There is by the pool, as well as in the hotel bar happy hour at different times.

... hotel on a tour. Therefor it is ideal. While it is nice the Kandawgyi lake, but in the esplanade vicinity you can no choice restaurants, shops etc. find, since it therefor just a bit off the beaten track. Therefor I would parkroyal recommend. ... Read more

Very nice hotel, with a lot of flair, right on the lake, quiet, all destinations easy to reach. Direct view of the shwedagon Pagode at sunrise. Travel time from the airport took about 45 minutes. Read more

the location on Kandawgyi lake (Naherholkungsgebiet ) is impressive. You can have a longer wooden bridge on the lake and on the shores along the ' Karaweik ' (only during daylight ) hiking ( subject to a charge, 1000 CC/person ). Options for shopping and other restaurants were very far away. Our trip to the hotel was a construction site. The whole building was with a structure to 21 o'clock and dinner jacketed we had to take care of us even to the construction.
