Almost no German guests in the hotel, mostly English, Sweden, Norwegians, French and Arabs.
It is noisy in the hotel! Many round trip- guests and sport clubs, the makes extra for concern. Guests appear for dinner partly in short pants and undershirt.
Breakfast is not good, old bread and old sausage! Every other day no buffet in the evening, but only the show.
Internet falls more often and is slow. Internet room/library heat in the winter.
For disabled not ideal! Bad knowledge of German at the front desk.

Friendly welcome at the Hotel, good food, clean rooms. Very well-kept indoor and outdoor pool. included and other installations. To the beach it was a good six minutes walk there was the possibility with the mermaid free back and forth to drive again and again. We would stay at this hotel again at any time. and this can also recommend. Read more

As a result of the " Arabic Revoloution " , in the holiday is nothing, were only a few guests in port El kantaoui. Despite the meagre Hotel occupancy rate were all offers (reception, room service, pools, suttle to the beach, bars in the hotel and on the beach, as well as kitchen) to maintain full satisfaction. Only the evening buffet was replaced by a la carte service. The quality of the meals is however remained good. Mid-April were guests at the hotel only about 40, this was all very quiet and guest the hotel staff.
For three people we had a superior room, this was very big, room was very tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished. On the wall was a flat screen tv. The room was cleaned to our full satisfaction, between 10:00 and 11:00 o'clock always.
The staff of the hotel are no temporary employees. All appeared in their fields was excellent in very efficient.
Service and friendliness were very important.
