Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired..., whether in the restaurant, or in the rooms! I came with a salmonella poisoning home, although I only in the hotel eaten! German there Nobody speaks... With Russian takes you far... We had, as the other already wrote, transfer and it was such a let down! Perhaps has now changed, because the hotel exactly on arrival the 5. Hotel dos not deserve 5 stars. I think 4 stars is OK! Hotel is full of Russian's people, less from Iran. General in Hotel is very hot.
Room number was 4233 and 4207. Room 4233 was bed air conditioning. As techical services in Hotel explained gas-freon is missing. Minibar has not low temperatures or is not in function and water has bland taste. After 5 P.M in bath-room has no hot water.
Staff's was friendliness with bad knowledge of Eanglish lenguage.

You had to always 1 kilometer from the hotel to the beach you get there be gefahrt and it was 1 hour bus all.
The food was always the same and tasteless.
100% Russian guests.
The dinner at alleged terrace under the balconies of customers where the food with water Tropics of balconies angetropt gewaschte was due to the tourists and bikini Unterwäschen.
Not a single staff who work from the hotel was extremely impressive.
Activities were not really prepared, which was really fun and the same every day to repeat.
