Classical city hotel with Kempinski-level. Everything was excellent, very friendly staff. The atmosphere, also in the main restaurant, is rather cool. Have a drink at night it didn't work. But if you are tired of the excursions could be booked, you go to bed early anyway. If you stay longer is alive, you just went out of the hotel, take a walk and in the numerous cafes nearby drink a tea, is more interesting than in the hotel. Small supermarkets (with beer), ATM, all in a few steps away. We will be on the next visit definitely stay there again. Read more

It is a very good hotel, especially suitable for that people on business trip, because location in the middle of a residential area. Shopping possibilities are available nearby, as well as restaurants. Drinks in the mini fridge were free, but very little choice. Read more

we paid for an exec delux room and the free internet (costs in room) free breakfast (omelettes some days) free soft drinks all day and dinner snacks and alcoholic beverages 18:30-20:30 made it well worth it the room was big, clean and comfortable.

Plusses: beautiful, modern hotel, good (not spectacular) breakfast buffet, nice gym/spa facility, for the most part personnel aimed to please Minuses: not the best on cleanliness, surfaces below eye level in bathrooms looked like they were never touched; I watched scenic, traditionally dressed coffee server in lobby repeatedly reuse coffee cups without washing!

As a Business traveler it was an excellent experience matched my 5 hotels criteria's , newly designed rooms ,city view , location , its easily to reach banks and restaurants real estate offices within short time since the Hotel is located in the middle of the biggest commercial area , Staff were friendly specially Front office , H2O pool terrace is amazing , DJ's parties with elegant atmosphere , very nice outdoor pool . - in July 10

I think the worst was the service: very slow, hardly coming out to the pool to check if we need something (although due to the ramadan there was really only a few guests), very few spoke good English, some didnt speak English at all!

My advice is either to go at a slightly later time by when the coaches (and there are large numbers) will have departed - or an earlier time when the coach parties are still abed; or to pay a little extra and have a relaxed and pleasant breakfast in the Executive lounge on the 7th floor (but, why should one have to do so when one has already paid a fair bit for breakfast?). - in November 09

Terrible food at restaurants, very little accessible without car/taxi (you're cut off from downtown by freeways on all sides), fairly stark, characterless and dated room décor, noisy plumbing, ineffectual a/c, no real leisure facilities (its *very* business focussed) such as pool, no outdoor areas at all, over the top security
