Hotel kenzi Europa was a great hotel and Stein is due to its central situation remains a good place. The staff are, as in the entire Moroccan tourism, very friendly and service-oriented. Cleanliness, friendliness, competence and general competence left to be desired. All were in the hotel overstrained february of additional transactions in. The Auftrteten of the staff in the hotel, especially in the restaurant, at the bar and at the reception was not really oriented. I was unfortunately not so as a single room. The room was on the ground floor with a small balcony to the back with view on a wall and was therefore also dark, since almost no sun came in. The housekeeping staff was gone, so opening the curtain was a only possible, if one was fully clothed. The balcony door could not open, as it could egen. we booked our rooms via internet and Kenzi Europa was our choice ,when we arrived to the property we had cakes and mint tea , Reception staff were very friendly and kind , all the rooms are very clean and had wonderful views into Agadir beach ,which means the blue ocean , and the food is nice there are plently of it , Kenzi has a nice pool is very charming and comfortable we tried to get some sun , but the weather was raining , hopefully we come back again after christmas.
