This hotel has excellent service and always with a smile. I have just had two weeks of fun and felt part of it all even though I am in the more mature age group. The waiters/bar staff were always polite and very efficient. Plenty of food choice, you would have to be very fussy not to find something you liked, well done. The animation/enertaintment staff were really good and made sure everyone was included in the games if they wanted to. Well what can i say our holiday in june was fantastic just a couple things need 2 be done a ramp 4 disabled so they can get in front of stage 2 see excellent entertainment put on every night by the animation team no 2 nights were the same fantastic they always involved everyone in the day tlme programe and every one joined in young and old it was excellent the restarant was great we tried it all never a day we did not eat so clean and fresh at all times we had 5 pools all spotless always being cleaned by lovely people the eating areas around hotel kept spotless rooms very clean hotel staff all so friendly always happy 2 help i could go on 4 ever it was so good that good we have booked 2 go back next july cannot wait still in touch with a lot of people we met as 4 animation team u will never meet a better bunch of hard workin people like them fantastic group.

One night i couldnt get my air con to work and before i had the chance to get back to my room after telling the girl at reception the maintenance guy was already waiting with a big smile now thats what i call service and he had problem fixed within 5 mins the staff in this hotel are amazing their work ethic is 2nd to none they are always very polite and well mannered it puts our work ethic here in uk to shame ,much to my surprise i opened my door one morning to find 2 of the hotel staff on their hands and knees brushing and cleaning the carpet with a smile on their face and a good morning for me this would never happen in uk . - in June 11
