When we arrived we got a new room. The room we were assigned was just dirty and gross. A new room we were given but only as upgrade. €ponying hundred one more time. With the staff one must have luck. It was really friendly and nice waiters. Otherwise the hotel 'style train station'. This price/performance shortly before the end of the season not more. We were for the second time in the hotel and it's staff handled complaints perfectly. The room decor is great with a wonderful view of the sea or of the hotel area always kept clean in a great way (at night) will, including the gardens. Despite the storm damages or by the pool there were no restrictions on the beach/platform. The food supply is adequate, but also here in the snack bars or not the restaurant. Only the outside of the main restaurants has attracted. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The atmosphere in the bars is very cold and uncomfortable. The drinks at the bar in the outdoor area are quite cheap in one-way plastic cups or nasty Mehrwegbechern spent. At the lobby bar if the glasses were Disposable cups you get here also. Another problem with this hotel is that they dont take into consideration people who do not like using lifts and the do not sign post the stairs and the doors leading to the stairs have staff only on them so you are unsure of whether you can use them or not.
