We had ordered directly by e-mail and a good price (a night free at eleven and one day a car). The double room with extra bed was still not prepared, however, was made after our arrival immediately move a table and a chair. We stayed in the third floor with view to the mountains and on a street. The windows were soundproofed; air conditioning worked perfectly de. The hotel has about 50 rooms. The breakfast room on the ground floor next to the front desk, on the opposite side there is a small bar and the ocean beyond a small pool in the courtyard. Also a sun terrace on the roof, but that hardly welcoming. The cleanliness in all areas was great (except the roof terrace, that they looked a little dodgy). The hotel is only to book with breakfast, but also snacks during the day I think. Extra services are safe, air conditioning, and late check-out. I have made the trip to Kos for long known to visit. My Ambition at the hotel was so it wasn't so large. I basically a "place possibly with breakfast" in Kos town. I booked a package with bed and breakfast. I think in sum the hotel some renovation. So, it can only advertising than place to sleep! Also the described below breakfast I can't understand.
