The hotel is situated in a quiet location in Fugen.
We stayed at the Schlossl (a building next to the main building where the spa is located). The room was fairly big (i think 30 m2). As mentioned above the room was cleaned daily. We liked the furniture but this a matter of taste.
Our room was equipped with a TV, telephone and had a balcony (eastern view).
Staff friendliness: very good!

We stayed a long weekend to guest. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the very good food. Nice idea with the afternoon snacks for skiers in the afternoon. Wonderful sunny terrace. Since we only wanted to relax, we have the most offers not quite exploited. Beauty and Health spa facilities were very pleasant. The rooms large and clean. Also here the staff extremely friendly and attentive.
