In contrast to all the reviews on the Internet this relatively new hotel was for us, as also only with breakfast available, for our short stay unfortunately only eight days, with a short distance to the beach ideal. the location is already something away from the hustle and bustle. we were at least holiday 22 times on the beach and us know there. The hotel has an excellent location near the beach, night clubs, etc.! Only the essentials are taken care of in the rooms, e.g. they make your bed, but don't remove the spider web.
Room 407 is flooded with water when it rains and nothing is done about this!!
The food really needs getting used to!
The service (carrying suitcases) is very good! The staff, in particular the manager of the dining room, is very friendly!!!

The hotel is very clean. Unfortunately I cannot say anything about the exact number of rooms, the age and so on.
It consists of 5 floors. We've booked with breakfast, it was never taken serious, because we didnt get up from bed before 10-10:30 and the breakfast is available "just" till 10 o'clock. As a small tip: Ask for a room in the direction the pool. It was indeed loud there in the afternoons, but later not bothersome.
