We stayed 1 week family holiday in Hotel Krainz. 'Our' error with two adults, two kids 'only ' to book a double room, but we thought, that you are in a 4 star hotel in Austria can book a double room. We were taught better-we had in our entire vacation-career never had such a small, abgewontes room. The 4-star Hotelverband understands:
-First-class facilities, this means spacious room-we had only a narrow hose to get around the room-the bathroom was impossible for two and could use the toilet you could not open or close.
