The hotel is run by the owner himself and has with the beautifully restored furniture and issued devices from old time charm from.
everything was very clean and well maintained.
we have the stay we really enjoyed the January 2012.
the rooms are very pleasant, with balcony. If the view not was enough, the switches flat screen TV a. on the whole House is Wi-Fi possible ( subject to a charge).
Front desk and service are extremely friendly and accommodating.

A hotel, the urgently a complete renovation necessary could have been. Ancient rooms, ancient dining room. The wellness area is ridiculous small and all at a a lot excessive, unjustified price. This is only a sample of the bad Swiss Tourism or rather the rule? In Austria one finds such a bad price performance ratio probably nowhere. Then I'll surely never more! Read more

Nice and well located hotel in the heart of grindelwald. Great starting point for hikes and for the jungfraujoch. We had the panoramic suite, with lovely views of the Eiger, mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Rooms are big with our two children. We were welcomed in a very friendly when we arrived. Read more

Junior Suiteにお部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広々としており、バルコニー付の部屋でとてもよかった。アイガーや駅が見えます。お風呂もかなり大きく、お湯もたっぷりとでました。駅からは徒歩５分もかからないので、天候をみながら電車に飛び乗ることも可能。They upgraded my room to junior suite, which was spacious room with balcony to the South with a view of Eiger and the station.
