The hotel in general
A modern 4-star hotel with 90 rooms and a special design. Common use areas and plenty of its rooms were renovated during the winter 2010-2011. Even more rooms will be renovated during this winter 2011-2012. Kriti Beach Hotel re-introduced itself this year with a brand new identity and goals. An eco-friendly hotel with a GREEN KEY AWARD for 2010 and 2011, an ISO 14.001 for applying an environmental management system and a BLUE FLAG for 2011 certifying the quality of sea water on the beach in front of the hotel. The hotel also applies an iso 22.000 for food quality and safety management.

Hotel location
KRITI BEACH HOTEL is situated right in front of the sandy beach of Rethymno and at just a 5-minute walking distance from the picturesque old town and the Venetian port. Restaurants, cafeterias and shops may be found all around the hotel.

Gastronomy in the hotel
KRITI BEACH HOTEL provides breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Our guests may also taste local and international specialties in our a la carte restaurant "CHIMERA". Theme evenings take place twice a week as an introduction to the cuisine of various regions. Live cooking takes place every evening during dinner buffet. Once a week, dinner is accompanied by a live band playing traditional and international music. Our gastronomic philosophy is to follow the Mediterranean diet principles with emphasis on local products and to contantly revise our menus.

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Our facilities include two fresh water pools (one indoor and one outdoor), sauna, steam bath, fitness centre and massage room. On the beach in front of the hotel, guests may practice a variety of sea sports.

Modern and spacey rooms with sea view, lateral sea view and garden view. All rooms have air conditioning, balcony, mini fridge, satellite plasma TV, music channels, hair dryer, direct dial phone, free wireless internet, digital safety deposit box (suitable for laptops as well) and WC with bath or show.

KRITI BEACH has been fully renovated during the winter 2010-2011. New facilities have been introduced including a conference hall, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and massage room. Moreover, the hotel has been upgraded to the category of 4 stars and has re-organized from scratch all its departments, in an effort to provide high standard services to its guests.
