The hotel lies at central location. The center with the tram in 10 minutes to reach. It drives all couple minutes a tram. However are the rooms to the street bit noisy, as well as are the rooms quite noisy. Read more

we had the hotel has new year's Evebooked. Booked we had the complete Silvesterpaket with room, fruit bowl on the room, sparkling wine for the fireworks, 5 coursemenu in the evening and breakfast. In addition there was also a card with the you 24 hours the transport can use.

The hotel made from the outside a serious, but a bit frumpy impression. Very pleasant was, that during the stay free express Wi-Fi has.
The somewhat small rooms were very new and are tastefully furnished. We didn't hear any during the day still at night noise from the street, however went our room also on the inner courtyard out. The TV we found a bit too small.
the staff were friendly, has in case of any problems quick reactions and time taken in order to things to explain ( for example Directions).

The crown is an ideal hotel for the hotel when travelling to zurich. The price/performance ratio was right, at least for zurich standards, the room are clean and the breakfast was really good.
