We got instead of the booked standard room a superior room. The furnishings was very clean, furniture in the old style, according to the whole hotel. It is everything available, that you need. LCD- TV, telephone, air conditioning, mini bar, Seating area, very comfortable beds, enough closets and storage space, free safe. The bathroom is big enough and very clean. Is located directly on the underground Construction Lane, in the Mariahilfer Strasse. Knights cafe, right in front of the door. Museum district and city center with metro, but also to foot very fast be attained.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The variety and quality of breakfast was fantastic :) I cant find a reason why this is not a 5 star hotel because it's perfect.

Great stay, oozes old world charm and luxury, central location right on Vienna's best shopping street and within walking distance of museums and palace, quiet relaxed atmosphere, never heard any underground trains even though hotel sits practically on underground station, good buffet breakfast - in September 10
