For a short break (2 nights) I booked this hotel with my family (2 adults, 1 child, 14 years), the web site made a very good impression and the price seemed reasonable.
Arrived at the hotel, we were very disappointed.
the room it was too cold (frozen at night) and the air conditioner did not raised, despite two-time Complaint. At night I was, as there were only sheets and blanket were due to the extremely soft and beds very bad nights sleep.
The food was not appropriate for a four stars Hotel.

We have at the Breakfast a very miserable first. 'no' strength was their word. I have said it in English, very 'unfriendly' that it would, you must ask will be there. After that, it became very much nicer and could suddenly German. We ate a dinner for a lot of money in the hotel. All meals for a very long time to wait and were then partly to complain about.
