We stayed for a family reunion this hotel. Everything worked great and the staff was very helpful.
The Hotel Area, the rooms and lounge area are very nice and there is a pleasant atmosphere.
Since I booked this hotel, they gave me without extra charge a suite, which was absolutely great (room 201). The room room was bigger than my apartment.
The check-in process left something to be desired: I had to stand in line for 15 people all the same order food (actually we wanted to fish, but the kitchen not able for so many people all at the same ti... Read more

... directly on lake geneva with a view on the opposite shore. La barca role French located in a large park, for the quiet location. All 39 rooms are aligned on the lake. Unfortunately, the good impression shortcomings cloud, the not to be. The terrace of the room on arrival cleaned and it was also during our stay no cleaning subject.
The service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The staff tried hard but the requirements not cope. This is particularly unfortunate, since the kitchen consistently high level is. Nice Restaurant Terrace!
