Just returned & in my opinion hotel was OK. It was a French hotel and catered for the French but as we didn't have children the entertainment side didnt bother us.

The hotel has an excellent location, the food is perfect, always has several kinds of meat and fish, lots of salad, cheese, cooked vegetables and dessert is beautiful, few cakes, lot of fruits, snack is an excellent choice you have a hot dog, burger or toast, breakfast was excellent , perfect lunch, we had all inclusive and is not true that the French first serve guests, we were always served on time, they answered every our request as soon as possible, everything is perfectly clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, I have not seen a single bug, and I abnormally afraid bugs, the staff is very friendly and kind, towels are excellent quality, the place is beautiful, near the capital, a long promenade, if we ever decide to go back in Can Pastilla, definitely not change hotel!

The receptionist was very good and rang numerous numbers for us even telephoning UK and e mailed them but we could not get any response from Resort Hoppas, so had to pay 16 euros for a taxi to the airport which is only a few minutes away from resort.

disgusting,decor in hall needs freshened up all marked,dirty carpets empty glasses lying all over the place,workers here hardly speek any english so not very welcoming,at dinner time we had dirty plates,dirty cutlery,dirty drinking water and dirty table covers,cold chips,cold meat although they offer you a whole bottle of wine at lunch and dinner maybe this is to numb your wits so you do not know that you are in a hell hole!
