The hotel complex consists of a main building and one-story bungalows. The Hauaupthaus looks like a cheaper high-rise; partly the rooms to the roadside location. The one-story bungalows were located in a grouping of 2 units (ground floor, first floor ) in a very well maintained garden area distributed. Distance to the beach depending on location 100 to 300 meters. In comparison to garden area the bungalows (outdoor area ) very run down and clear in need of renovation. The hotel complex itself is really nice. As well you can garden area designate. The rooms in the area of the hotel are shabby, however still relatively okay, not recommendable the bungalows. Here is the cleanliness extremely to desire, technical, sanitary and optical defects are at the order of the day. by all pools is only the main pool cleaned. In all other there are masses of fir needles and leaves. Is a transformation of the water didn't take place anymore.
