Entgegen der Beschreibung ist das WLAN im Empfangsbereich kostenlos. Bei internationalem Publikum (erster Tag: 2 Busse Inder, zweiter Tag 1 Bus Chinesen) auch selbstverständlich.
Frühstück ist im internationalen Vergleich schlecht, für italienische Verhältnisse

Bei Ankunft am späten Abend hatten wir einen guten Eindruck, denn das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon, allerdings zur lauten SS 13 hin.
Frühstück gab es bis 10.30 Uhr. Wir waren gegen 9.00 Uhr dort und es erwartete uns das schlechteste Frühstück, welches wir je in einem 3- oder 4-Sterne-Hotel in Italien angeboten bekommen haben!

Zimmer im 4.Stock sind klein und mit altem Mobiliar (Kühlschrank) ausgestattet - Standardzimmer zum Hof hin sind ausreichend gross aber mit grossen Schimmelproblemen in den Badezimmern (unbedingt vorher anschauen !) - Superiorzimmer zur Frontseite hin sind gross mit Zustellbett und mit neuwertigem Mobiliar - Neue Lounge (seit 1 Jahr offen) neben dem Restaurant an der Frontseite bringt viel Lärm für die Hotelgäste mit sich.
