This hotel is per provider cheap (Meier = cheap, about their own website rather expensive) and definitely suitable for tourists, the Sea World or the Old Town (within walking distance) as a destination. It is also very close to the airport. Read more

The hotel was great, the staff friendly and helpful. the old town, which is definitely worth a walk and where there were many restaurants, is within walking distance. There was a pool, which we didn't use it. The hotel is also right next to the freeway, so excursion destinations. Read more

The la Quinta is a very located hotel in the Old Town district of San Diego. You can get to the city center and Gaslamp Quarter by car or the nearby scheduled public transport. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Unfortunately the hotel is situated close to the highway saving windows can open rüberschallt as the noise. There is a small breakfast in a very small breakfast room but you can also sit outside and the tables, if something is available. Beautiful outside attractive Spanish-style hotel, 3 floors and breakfast including, there were lots of international guests, especially but Americans, pool in a small jacuzzi in the small courtyard.
Apart from the noisy location also clairaudient, but clean and well maintained, coffee maker and microwave than extras available, otherwise normal amenities.

The hotel is right off the interstate. We asked for a room on the inside and that was fine. The continental breakfast is ok. The parking fee of $9 are totally over-priced, just around the corner there is free parking. Read more
