The hotel in general
A complex comprising hotel and apartments in the Platja de Muro, situated next to the natural park of s’Albufera. The park is formed by grassy areas, dunes and salt marshes and is of great ornithological and scenic value, and is surrounded by two gardens of approximately 200m² each with a lake and jetty.

Lagotel has 340 units of accommodation, all extremely well equipped and with views of the lake. The dining service offers breakfast and evening meal from a buffet. The gastronomic offer is complemented by our snack bar where you can enjoy an extensive à la carte menu. The complex offers a broad range of sporting and entertainment activities. Amongst other facilities, Lagotel Club has a supermarket, hairdresser's, daily medical service, waiting room and a place for keeping luggage on days of departure.

It is situated approximately 800m from the beach, and for the convenience of the clients there is a free bus service running from the hotel every 30 minutes. It truly is an excellent spot to spend family holidays. It is no surprise that many of our clients choose to return year after year, as prizes and distinctions received demonstrate.

The hotel is in the Bay of Alcúdia, approximately 800m from the beach. The bay is characterised by its tranquil waters and its long sandy beaches. As the beaches are so extensive, you can enjoy water activities and lots of facilities or take pleasant walks with great views of the sea and the typical scenery of the lower Balearic Mountains.

The beaches of Alcanada are stony; the beach at Ca´n Picafort is of sand and has a Blue Flag, with access for the disabled and reserved sunshades.

Places of interest
Albufera - one of the best-known areas in the zone is the Albufera in Alcúdia, where you can see all types of birds in a setting worthy of visiting.

4km away is the Alcúdia Town, where you can visit the ruins of the ancient city of Pollentia, the historical-artistic grouping of the Roman walls, as well as the Roman theatre excavated in stone.

However, our reception can inform you of other places to visit, excursions and some of the many local fiestas that are held in neighbouring towns.

The dining room can seat 650 persons and is air-conditioned.

Our chef offers you a wide variety and quality in meals that are carefully created so that you will always find something to your taste.

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am and evening meals are from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. They are served from a buffet and it is possible to try all types of foods.

Snack bar
The gastronomic offer is complemented by our "snack bar" where you can enjoy an extensive à la carte menu (mixed dishes, hamburgers, salads, pizzas, etc.).

It is next to the swimming pool and is open from 10am to 6pm and at night, 10pm to 12 midnight.

Bar
In the bar-lounge, open from 9pm to 1.30am, you can sample a wide selection of drinks.

Breezers Bar
This bar is situated next to the sports complex, and is open from 10am to 6pm, and offers mixed dishes, hamburgers, salads, etc.

So that children and teenagers can enjoy their holidays to the full we have prepared entertainment groups by ages:

In each group they will find everything they may need; daily activities of a wide variety, group games and always under the supervision of the tour operator personnel.

We also have a children's playground which is sure to delight the little ones, and a children's swimming pool right next to the adult one; all so that they can have fun in total safety.

Lagotel has 340 units of accommodation, of which 89 are apartments, 12 single rooms, 45 are family rooms and 194 are double, including 6 which have been adapted for disabled guests.

Apartments
All apartments have a terrace with magnificent views to the lake or the swimming pool. The apartments are of 1 or 2 bedrooms and all have:

Fridge and kitchen area, full bathroom with toiletry kit, shower, air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV and telephone. There is also the possibility of a cot and daily press.
